Rice Crispy Treat Pizza (With Strawberries & Nutella)

This is a very simple quick dessert ...

First off add some butter to a sauce pan, then add in some marshmallows. DON'T FORGET the butter, or your going to have trouble getting the marshmallow out!

Once your marshmallows are melted, add in your rice crispy cereal ...
Go ahead and slice up your fruit, I just used strawberries with mine.. but you could add blueberries, bananas, kiwi, etc.
I missed three steps... all I did was "shape" my rice crispy into a pizza.. put it in the freezer for 15 minutes to get hard so it doesn't fall apart on me while I add the toppings ... then once I got it out the freezer I added Nutella..
This is what it should look like when your done!!

ENJOY!!

Cheese Garlic Spaghetti Bread

So today I tried something new... maybe a little weird for some but the girls LOVED them, plus I loved the fact their face and body wasn't covered in spaghetti after they got done

So this is what you do first:

Put 1lb of meat (whatever you choose) in a pan and brown it.

While it's browning, go ahead and boil some water for your noodles and add salt. When it starts to boil, add your noodles. (forgot to get a picture of the noodles in, but you get the idea)

You can use any sauce you like. Shine, make it homemade if you got the time.. but I LOVE this kind and it's only $1 at Walmart!

While all that jazz is going on go ahead and get out your CAN of biscuits. Do NOTforget to spray our board/counters... because you will need to flatten the biscuits.

This..

To that...

Once you have all your biscuits smooshed go ahead and start your garlic butter mixture, this is where the "garlic bread" comes into place.

PLEASE, use Olive OilFRESH Garlic and Good butter... that way it taste better!

Let it sizzle all in the pan until the garlic is good and tender so you can smoosh it once it's done..

GUESS WHAT, now it's time to put it all together!!! Here comes the FUN part.

Put some of your garlic butter mixture on the flatten biscuits, brush works well, you don't want it soaked because then you will have a difficult time folding it together and making it stay closed. Once that's on, add your spaghetti and some good cheese on top! It should look similar to this..

I used a fork on the ends to seal them better... once you have them all together, add them to your grill! (NO, my grill is NOT dirty.. I just got finish making some previously so the spaghetti juices had mixed in with the no stick spray, I used before putting them onto the grill.

This part only takes about 4-5 minutes... once it's done it should look like this!

Then ENJOY!

Hot dogs with worms?!?!

Never tasted so good!!! So we all are trying to find interesting, cheap, quick meals for those picky little ones. This one is by far all of the above. Even the youngest of kids can do this with mom!

What you will need. 6+ cups of water, depends how big of pan you are using.
Put into pan, don't forget to add your salt before it starts to boil!
Don't be cheap, use a good brand of hotdogs! I used ball park!
This all depends on you. You can use regular noodles, angel hair noodles, fettuccine noodles, etc. Depending on the size of your pot, you can also determine how long of a noodle you want. I used a 3-4in long noodle.
Cut hot dog in bite size pieces.
So you want risk the noodle sliding out, I prefer sticking it all the way through the hot dog.
(Forgot to take a photo of it boiling, but I cooked mine on medium heat for around 10minutes?!)
What it should look like after it cooks.
I used Classic Alfredo Sauce, but you could also use regular spaghetti sauce or even homemade sauce if you have the extra time!
The finished product! Looks a little funky, but I promise the memories in the kitchen with your little ones and the taste of these are worth it!!

April 14th, mini photoshoot with the girls!

So, I must say I'm not 100% probably not even 90% satisfied with these photos, because I know they could have been a lot better. But that's all in learning, right?! BUT, I must say I'm absolutely thrilled I got to finally take some pictures of the girls together and they came out half decent lol. Taking photos of them alone is hard, much less together.

Easter Mini-Photoshoot!

We all know Easter will be hopping around the corner sooner than expected, so I went ahead and gave the girls a mini-photoshoot while the warm weather lasted.

First post!

These pictures were when I finally realized how much improving I was actually doing. They were taken at Bethabara Park in Winston-Salem, NC.
